As part of its pro-bono work for Marie Curie Cancer Care in Edinburgh, Firefly staged a charity club night and auction called “Iglu”, with support from local radio station presenters, to promote a snowshoeing trek in Lapland. The team went the extra mile, signing up for the trek itself and became the case study for ensuing media coverage, completing their epic three-day, 18-mile Arctic trek and raising over £4,000 for the charity in the process.
