Colway
Firefly was asked to support the Colway brands (London Graphic Centre, London Graphic System and RED BOX) on an internal communications project to determine the vision, values and business goals for each of the brands. The commission began with overall project scoping and objective-setting at Colway board level, working closely alongside CEO Gordon Christiansen. The brief developed into facilitating vision and value workshops with the management teams of all the brands, followed four months later by helping to determine the final output including input and views from all the employees of all the brands. The overall aim was to improve business performance within each of the brands, build cohesive high-performing teams, and earn a placement in The Sunday Times Best Workplaces league. In the 2011 Sunday Times Best Workplaces, Colway was identified as ‘one to watch’.
