Firefly partners, ensuring that our global communications offering is

Firefly aims to make
multi-country programmes as seamless as possible. This means that for
clients who prefer full service network management, we can offer one
key point of contact to make things happen across the PR network, one
international report, one method of evaluation and one invoice. At the
other end of the spectrum, we can offer a ‘light co-ordination’
service, ensuring that each local agency reports directly into local
country contacts and develops communications programmes which map onto
the Firefly standards and the overall strategy.
Clients’
international PR programmes are often managed and co-ordinated from
Firefly’s London office and underpinned with a strong infrastructure.
This includes extranets for the client and consultancy PR community to
share information and use as a reporting tool as well as multi-language
virtual press offices.
